Well, the first week of the transfer is over. It was pretty good. My new companion is Elder Mitton. He has been out for 13 months. He is from Oakley, Idaho. He's pretty cool. We'll have good transfer.
On Monday, we went to a trampoline park called, Defy Gravity. It was pretty fun! We did some trampoline park stuff.
Tuesday's was transfers, that's where I picked up Elder Mitton. The rest of the day was unpacking.
Wednesday we did District Meeting. Nothing special. We went and tracted all day.
Thursday we had a lesson with Koddah. We talked about the Plan of Salvation, the Word of Wisdom, and the Law of Chastity. He's super cool with everything. Best investigator ever! We set up another time to talk with him on Sunday. Then, we tracted some more.
On Friday, we had some ward missionary meetings. And, we tracted. We did manage to find 1 person. Her name is Marie. We didn't talk to her for very long, but she told us to come back on Sunday.
We tracted most of the day on Saturday. We needed gas, so we went to fill it up. When I went into the gas station to get a drink, guess what I found? The two Mountain Dew flavors I have never tried! I got them and drank them that day. Green Label is pretty good and White Label is meh. But, now I have tried every kind of Mountain Dew!
Sunday we went to church. Elder Mitton and I taught Gospel Principles. Our lesson was on service. During the 3rd hour we had our lesson with Koddah. We finished up everything. He's just got to wait until the 23rd to be baptized and then it's official! After church, we went to see Marie, but she wasn't home. So, we tracted...we found 3 people that we are going back to this week!!
Well, that was our week in D2! I'll talk to you next week!!
